banyak actually nk di-blog-kan. tapi asal duduk depan laptop, sign in (okeh ade lupe password sikit eh) then jari nanti cm ketuk2 slow kt keyboard. ape nak tulis..ape nak tulis..ahh tutup bukak facebook.

k la nk story mory la. next sem aku dah nak intern. mak aih rase kejap sangat ek. rase baru haritu check in kat ixora mase MMU Melaka. then pindah Cyber. gadoh sini. gadoh sana. ngumpat sini. kutuk sana. tup tup dah nak 4 tahun dah belajar kat MMU.
back to the story pasal nak intern nih. baru petang tadi balek dari interview kat bangsar. syarikat yg meng-interview dirahsiakan atas alasan nanti orang lain pun nk intern situ (boleh belah) hehe. nak clue, tempat tu area2 jalan telawi, kalau kau org tgk dgn mata kasar, memang miss punyela tmpt tu. pasal apo? pasal mmg tersorok comel jek celah ketiak kt bangsar tuh. aku dah sesat, jalan punye jalan dgn nurul, oh ya terima kasih nurul bawak teman g interview. hihi. then aku call la encik peng-interview tu. rupanya dekat jek tempat kitorg parking. takpelah gugur sikit lemak. confident sikit kan. bila da masuk, aik takde orang. ketuk punye ketuk, still, non ado. haih tak profesional lah (getus dalam hati) then ajak la nurul turun bawah balek, maybe pasal kitorg awal kot. tengah duduk2 betulkan seluar, tetibe ade la sorang cik polan ni, namakan die cik polan la eh, bukak pintu. oh ade orang rupanya. ingatkan semua pegi mencekik, maklumla lunch hour kan kitorg dtg. sungguh tak beretika.
masuk2, cik polan suruh candidate masuk, aku la tuh. die cakap "you sit here then fill the form." oh ok aku duduklah. duduk punye duduk form ape die nak suh aku isi? time tu nak msg nurul, alahai phone bagi kt die plak. aiseh.
tunggu punye tunggu, cik polan sampai bagi form. lorh.
sesi interview meng-interview pun bermula. gua rilek bai. ni second time dah. so konon boleh taram ah kan. sekali kauuuuuuu..
die bagi situasi..
let say you working here alone then,
situation a; 3 candidates call you asking for their application, whether is accepted or not.
situation b; 2 clients (companies) calling asking for resume for them to hire a candiate.
situation c; you are reviewing some resumes before situation a and b happened.

"i'll be working on the resumes i review (situation c) then i'll get back to the clients (situation b) for asking them time they are available for interview. after that, i'll get the candidates (situation a) give the appointment their interview with the companies"
